Halloween Party!
Last night we had our annual Halloween party. The kids all had a blast! There were about 13 kids and a lot of noise! George made a spook alley for the kids to go through in the back yard-some were too scared. My favorite part is having the kids touch gross items and trying to figure out what they are. I love the faces they make when they touch the stuff. It was great seeing all the kids dressed in their costumes. Eddie Munster won the costume contest.
Corpsification
George and Jake have been working hard on corpsifying their skeleton. Meaning they are trying to make the skeleton look like a decaying corpse. George is definitely taking his decorations to the next level this year.

It's been interesting these last couple weeks. We have been told that we will fall into one of 3 buckets: Laid off, transition employee (where we will get double our salary as we work towards merging systems), and the last bucket a JP Morgan Chase employee. Last week we had a town hall meeting with JP Morgan Chase executives, where one of them announced to the hundred or so of us who were in attendance that "The lions share of you will not have positions at the company." The people around me have been interviewing with JP Morgan Chase this past week and next... ...It turned out that my team is not under this group at Chase, and we have our counterparts flying down next week. Corn Maze
Today we went to the Corn Maze with Jenna's brownie troop.The maze was in the shape of Washington state. So we had to follow all the freeways to find our way out. We lucked out and had great weather. It was supposed to rain. We found Snohomish and Forks-but we did not see any vampires or werewolves. Harley
Yesterday we finally got a call from the Seattle Pug Rescue that they had a pug for us. They brought Harley over today and he is such sweet heart. So we have a 2 week trial period to make sure he is a right fit for our family. We are trying to come up with a new name for him. Any ideas?
Grandma's Costumes
Grandma came over today to make the kids Halloween costumes. Jenna decided to be a candy corn fairy and Jake a dog. We figured Grandma does not usually get to make them costumes so it was her duty. They came out cute. And now we are going to our favorite Mexican food here in WA-Tacos Guaymas.
