This week we were so lucky to have Brody, Stephanie and Axel come visit us. It was the 1st time we were able to see Axel. He is so cute and so much fun. Jenna had a blast taking care of Axel. Jake liked him too but was not sure why Jenna was not paying attention to him anymore. He told me "I think Jenna forgot about me." Pretty sad for Jake. The first day I saw them we went to have lunch at the Space Needle. Friday the kids and I went with them to Leavenworth and lucked out with great weather there. Then Saturday we went to the Museum of Flight and Claim Jumper since Stephanie has never been to one. We ordered 3 desserts and Stephanie got an extra one for the next day. I think she liked it! They then were headed to stay at my Mom and Dads campground. I already miss sweet little Axel. We can't wait to see them again.

Yesterday was the Pinewood Derby. Jake and George had worked hard on Jake's car that he named the "Flaming Nugget." Well their hard work paid off and Jake won his Wolf Den and moved on to the finals. He then had to do a race off for first place and ended up in second place. He was so thrilled! He won a big trophy for 2nd place! He also won a plaque for best use of imagination on his car design. It was just awesome seeing how excited the 2 boys were when they were racing and finding out what place they were. All Wolf Sweep! Jenna also made a car and raced in the sibling race. She got second place.

Thin Mints anyone? Last night Jenna had her first site sale for cookies. It was about 32 degrees outside but that did not stop her and her friend Jennifer. They ended up selling 48 boxes in 2 hours-with 11 boxes donated for the Troops overseas. We all left a little bit frozen but overall it was a good time. Jenna has sold 79 total boxes of cookies this year-her goal was 75. This is her last year as a Brownie, she will be bridging to Juniors at the end of the year.
