Last week we celebrated Jenna's 14th birthday!   Chocolate chip pancakes for breakfast     For her birthday she wanted to go to dinner at the Olive Garden, then we came home and had ice cream pie-yummy!  George being weird singing Happy Birthday to Jenna  We got Jenna tickets to see Lorde (her favorite singer) She was one happy girl! This past week Jenna also had her dress rehearsal for her dance company showcase- the photos aren't the best quality since we could not use a flash. She is in a lyrical trio dance that is very pretty. This is a picture of her large jazz group that is dancing to a country song.

We spent New Years Eve playing so many games-our family favorite is Settler's of Catan Seafarers. We also played Jake's new game Forbidden Island. We spent part of the night looking at old scrapbooks from when the kids were little-they have grown so much. Where has all the time gone??  Some how a tradition got started that we eat all sorts of appetizers on New Years Eve for dinner-here's a picture of some of our dinner. We made these fancy chocolate mousse cups for dessert-they even had chocolate spoons. Happy New Year!!
