Webkinz photo shoot 80's day at school-she would not let me rat her hair. The last day we had our foster dogs. Jenna loved them even though we only had them a couple of days-she cried and begged for us to keep them.

A friend from work needed some one to tepmorarily take her dogs, not sure what I have gotten myself into I told her we could try it out for the weekend. She brought them over yesterday,2 Brittney spaniels Shy-guy and Riley. They are really sweet and calm, not at all like our crazy pug Lily. I am hoping they can teach Lily some good things. Lily loves playing with them, since the cats don't really want to play with her. The cats have been in hiding. Jake likes them. Jenna has been at a sleep over so she has not seen them yet but is very excited. We will see what an adventure this is.

I can't believe it Jenna is now in the double digits-a whopping 10 years old. Where has the time gone. She had a quite a busy birthday with dance lessons followed by dinner at Applebee's before heading to the father daughter dance at school. Which George said was one of the best times he has had in a long time. Then on Saturday we had Jenna's party with 8 of her closest friends. We made body gel and lip gloss. That was pretty messy but we had a good time. I am thankful to the moms that stayed to help. Jenna loves cupcakes and anything that has cupcakes on them

I think this was my favorite part of the trip other than spending time with our family. I really enjoyed seeing Jenna get excited about the store-I think she enjoyed every minute of it and probably could have stayed there all day. We were so lucky to have Grandma, Aunt Kelly and Hunter be able to go with us. We brought her doll, Kirsten,that Santa gave her all the way to TX so she could go to the store with us. We also got to eat lunch at the bistro with the doll and they asked if any of us would like to borrow a doll, we said Hunter would and she picked Elizabeth-but told us we could not post the picture on facebook. With birthday money Jenna got from grandma and Kelly she got a doll. It was a tough decision but she settled on Elizabeth (Felicity's friend.) It was the one Hunter and I were hoping for. Grandma was hoping she would pick Rebecca but Jenna has a Rebecca mini doll so she did not want her.

The day after got to TX we headed out to Medieval Times a first for many in our group. We sat in a great section with a huge group from University of Oklahoma-quite a rowdy bunch-made for a fun time. We were rooting for the Red Knight who did not win but did throw Jenna a flower. Jake was impressed with the food-Jenna was shocked by the 1/2 a chicken they dropped onto her plate.
